Never say "Please call me ~" because it sounds too childish and this is your professional self-introduction. And since Yuta is your real name, you don't need to say so. If there is a nickname that you want people to use, you can say "Everyone calls me ~YOUR NICKNAME~ because ~ THE REASON." It has to be some kind of interesting information that you want to share with people.
